PROGRAMS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT

These terms apply to all digital programs, immersions, journeys, and offerings delivered by Bodyflow Energetics, including but not limited to:

  • SoulFlow – Group Journey
  • SoulFlow – 1-on-1 Immersion
  • Identity Reset
  • Any future self-led digital programs or guided experiences

Each program may differ in structure, duration, depth, and level of support. Program-specific details will be outlined on the relevant sales or enrolment pages.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Programs offered by Bodyflow Energetics are designed for:

  • Energetic recalibration
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Emotional clarity
  • Self-mastery and embodiment

Delivery may include:

  • Online learning portals
  • Guided meditations and protocols
  • Group calls or 1-on-1 private sessions (where applicable)
  • Bonus energetic tools
  • Community spaces (where applicable)

All programs are educational and energetic in nature and are intended for self-directed personal development.

AGREEMENT & PARTICIPATION

By enrolling in any program, you:

  • Acknowledge that this is self-led transformational work, not casual entertainment
  • Accept full responsibility for your participation and how you apply the material
  • Understand that this work is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial care
  • Agree to engage with the material with discernment, self-awareness, and personal responsibility

PAYMENT TERMS

You may pay:

  • In full upfront
  • Or via weekly or monthly payment plans (where offered)

Payment methods may include Stripe, PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), or bank transfer (case-by-case approval).

You agree:

  • To keep all payments up to date
  • That access may be paused for failed or late payments
  • That you remain responsible for the full payment amount unless otherwise agreed in writing

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

DIGITAL SELF-LED PROGRAMS (Including Identity Reset)

Due to immediate digital access and energetic activation, refunds are not available once access is granted.

If you accidentally purchase twice or experience a genuine technical error, please contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve it with fairness.

SOULFLOW – GROUP JOURNEY

No refunds are available after enrolment due to the energetic commitment that begins at initiation.

Early cancellation incurs:

  • A fee of $1,450, or
  • The remaining payment balance (whichever is less)
SOULFLOW – 1-on-1 IMMERSION

Early cancellation incurs:

  • A fee of $2,500, or
  • The remaining payment balance (whichever is less)

You are encouraged to enrol only when you feel fully aligned and resourced to walk the journey.

ACCESS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • You will receive access to program materials for the duration stated on your enrolment page
  • You may not share, reproduce, resell, record, or redistribute any materials
  • All content remains the intellectual property of Bodyflow Energetics

COMMUNITY & CODE OF PRESENCE

Where programs include community spaces, you agree to:

  • Respect others’ privacy and confidentiality
  • Show up with integrity, kindness, and personal responsibility
  • Avoid advice-giving, projection, or invasive inquiry

Violation of these standards may result in removal without refund.

ENERGETIC SUPPORT & SOVEREIGNTY

Some programs include energetic support. You acknowledge:

  • This is not therapy or emergency care
  • You remain fully responsible for your wellbeing and integration
  • You will seek appropriate medical or psychological support where needed

UPGRADE PATHWAY

Where applicable, you may request to upgrade between programs or tiers. All upgrades are subject to availability and prorated pricing adjustments.

DISPUTES & LEGAL JURISDICTION

All matters are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith dialogue. If unresolved, mediation may be arranged through the Queensland Law Society.
